Breeder’s must be made up of 4 fish. The fish must not be older than 11 months old on the day of the show, they must have been bred by exhibitor and with birth date supplied to show manager.
If the team breeder wishes to sell his fish via auction this can be arranged with the show manager and the fish can be offered for auction during a break in the main auction.

Livebearer auction

We are now allocating auction letters.
All auction lots are to be pre-booked with the exception of last minute changes.
Auction letters and booking forms can be requested via the website under the BLA Events heading – Shenstone auction forms.
Alternatively email Steve on a new email address of livebearerauction@gmail.com.

Please note that the old email address is no longer active and any emails sent to that address will not be seen.

Completed booking forms must be submitted before Saturday 24th October and no later than noon to give us time to get the spreadsheets up to date.
Booking forms or the relevant information regarding your auction lots must presented in a manner that can be copied and pasted directly into our spreadsheets.
No photographs or hand written sheets!

The run up to any auction is quite hectic. So please ensure plenty of time to get your auction list booked in and verified and your auction lots passed on to the auction team. The sooner we can get these tasks completed, the more time it gives us for the auction.

A CHANGE to previous auctions this year, Sales table livestock (non-livebearers, shrimp snails and live cultures) can be entered directly onto the sales table and no longer require an auction letter.
Any unsold Livestock and plants may be entered into the auction following the last livebearer sale. Please remember that this is extremely time dependent and the decision will only be made as the auction progresses.
