Auction letter and booking forms

Auction letter.
To be able to sell livestock at a BLA event, you must have an auction letter. The auction letter is our way of being able to identify your livestock for both the auction and the sales table.

Requesting your auction letter and the relevant booking forms
To request an auction letter and any booking forms you require, pleasecomplete the on-line contact form at the bottom of the page.

Booking forms available
There are three booking forms available. The booking forms are provided in an excel format for the seller to complete, if the seller has any questions or is unable to use excel or equivelent packege for any reason, please contact the auction manager for guidance (BLA-Auction@outlook.com).

Auction booking form
The auction is for fish only with the majoriy of your auction lots being made up of Livebearers.

Sales table Livestock booking form
Livestock referes to all fish, shrimp, snails and live cultures. There is no ratio on non-Livebearers on the sales table.

Sales table booking form
An auction number is not needed for Non-Livestock items.
Non-livestock items must also be booked in before being offered for sale on the sales table. These can be pre-booked or they can be booked in on the day (booking forms will be available for you to fill in for you complete at the sales table).
All sales table items must be labelled with the price and any relevant information.
