                               Chairman's Message            

I start the year on a sad note that one of the most respected members of  the B. L. A.  Ivan H Dibble past away on 25th December  R.I.P. 
He will be  missed by many. 

February 2010 Seminar is starting to shape up well, many of you have already confirmed your attendance. If you have not confirmed to date.
Please can you do this as soon as possible. In order we know how many attendees to cater for. This Seminar is one not to be missed. Excellent speakers, packed with information on several aspects of Guppy breeding. 

The 2010 U K Guppy League venues have been organized and there will be more detailed information supplied during the Seminar. 

We looked into the points and suggestions e mailed directly after the Convention and all points that are workable either have been or will be addressed during the year none required a members vote. 

We have created an on line Newsletter BLA-GS. The reason for this is some members are in a remote situation and we feel more contact is needed to keep those members informed. There is no set time scale on the Newsletters being sent out as Information and updates are available. Issue 1 can be downloaded below.

Best of Luck to all during the 2010 Season. May I offer a gentle reminder the B.L.A. Membership Subs are now due and can be renewed online by going to the new B. L. A. website.
